We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was great. Got king room with a balcony when arrived, liked that. It had central location close to Niagara Falls Imax Theatre.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Unbeatable location, probably the best, excellent accommodating stuff and large rooms. The food was pretty good, with lots of options. Quite clean and modest hotel in Fallsview district. Outstanding service was provided here too.
